US Fertility, LLC – Retaliation and Wrongful Termination
Kessler Matura P.C. has filed a lawsuit against US Fertility, LLC. The suit alleges that a former US Fertility, LLC executive, complained repeatedly about financial improprieties, substandard patient care, and sexual harassment at US Fertility, LLC. Instead of properly investigating those complaints, US Fertility, LLC engaged in a pattern of retaliation and eventually fired the executive.
The lawsuit seeks damages resulting from US Fertility’s conduct under the New York Labor Law, New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law.
