Assured Environments – Unpaid Overtime

Kessler Matura P.C. filed a class and collective action lawsuit on behalf of current and former Customer Service Specialists and Representatives (“CSSs”) for ServiceMaster Company d/b/a Assured Environments (“Assured Environments”).

We allege that Assured Environments denied overtime pay to its CSSs because Assured Environments failed to record all of the work CSSs performed at and before the start of their shifts. Specifically, CSSs allege that they were required to, among other things, read and respond to telephone calls, emails and text messages from customers, supervisors, and technicians before and after their regular scheduled shifts – without being paid for this time. On behalf of these CSSs, we are seeking back wages and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

If you worked for Assured Environments as a CSS anytime between 2014 and the present, and you wish to join this case, or have any questions regarding it, please contact Troy L. Kessler or Marijana Matura at office.
