Swissport – Late Payment of Wages
Kessler Matura P.C., along with co-counsel, has filed a class action lawsuit against Swissport Fueling, Inc. (“Swissport”).
The complaint alleges that Swissport failed to pay its airport workers on a weekly basis, as mandated by New York law. We allege that this failure to pay weekly wages was widespread, affecting all of the manual workers. The lawsuit seeks damages resulting from these violations of the New York Labor Law.
