Nike Retail Workers – Late Payment of Wages
Kessler Matura P.C., along with co-counsel, has filed a class action lawsuit alleging that Nike failed to pay the employees working at their New York retail locations on time.
We believe that Nike failed to pay its New York workers on a weekly basis, as mandated by New York law. The failure to pay timely wages affected all the manual workers Nike employed at its stores, such as sales associates and stockroom workers. We believe that these employees could be entitled to damages resulting from these violations of the New York Labor Law.
If Nike paid you every other week at any time since June 2016, or have any questions regarding the case, please contact Troy L. Kessler or Garrett Kaske.
