McGuire Group Health Care Facilities – Late Payment of Wages

Kessler Matura P.C., along with co-counsel, has filed a class action lawsuit alleging that the McGuire Group’s health care facilities failed to pay their employees on time.

We believe that the McGuire Group failed to pay its nursing-home and rehabilitation-facility workers on a weekly basis, as mandated by New York law. It is our understanding that this failure to pay timely wages affected all the manual workers the McGuire Group employed at its facilities, such as maintenance, laundry, and dietary workers, and certified nursing assistants.

Through the lawsuit, we are pursuing damages for these employees resulting from these violations of the New York Labor Law. The lawsuit seeks to cover all manual workers employed at the following McGuire Group facilities: Brookhaven Health Care Facility; Garden Gate Health Care Facility; Autumn View Health Care Facility; North Gate Health Care Facility; Seneca Health Care Center; and Harris Hill Nursing Facility.

If the McGuire Group paid you every other week at any time since September 2016, or have any questions regarding it, please contact Troy L. Kessler or Garrett Kaske.

We’d also like to know if other workers were paid biweekly by other companies like the McGuire Group. Please contact us if you were employed in a similar position and paid biweekly at any time since 2016.
