Charter Communications – Unpaid Wages

Kessler Matura P.C. , along with co-counsel, represents a growing number of call center workers (“CCWs”), including customer service representatives, dispatchers, sales representatives, sales associates and others, who worked for Charter Communications (“Charter”) .

We allege that Charter denied pay to its CCWs because Charter failed to record all of the work CCWs performed at and before the start of their shifts. Specifically, CCWs allege that they were required to, among other things, wake up their computers, login, and load several essential computer programs and webpages without being paid for this time. That is, we believe that Charter failed to pay for all of the work CCWs performed before “Going Green” and logging onto their phones. On behalf of these CCWs, we are seeking back pay and related damages.

If you worked for Charter as a CCW in New York since 2022 and the present, and you wish to bring a claim, or have any questions regarding your rights, please contact Troy L. Kessler or Garrett Kaske.
