24 Hour Fitness – Investigation into Late Payment of Wages

Kessler Matura P.C., along with co-counsel, are investigating claims that 24 Hour Fitness failed to pay its employees on time.

We believe that 24 Hour Fitness failed to pay its New York workers on a weekly basis, as mandated by New York law. It is our understanding that this failure to pay weekly wages affected all of the manual workers 24 Hour Fitness employed, including personal trainers, fitness class instructors, group instructors, and others. We believe that these employees could be entitled to damages resulting from these violations of the New York Labor Law.

If 24 Hour Fitness paid you every other week at any time since January 2021, or have any questions regarding it, please contact Troy L. Kessler or Garrett Kaske.

We’d also like to know if other fitness professionals were paid biweekly by other gyms, fitness centers, and fitness companies. Please contact us if you were employed by a fitness company at any time since 2016.
