VIP Automotive Group – Unpaid Wages
Kessler Matura P.C. has filed an unpaid minimum wage and overtime claim against VIP Automotive Group (“VIP Auto”) and related entities.
The complaint alleges that VIP Auto failed to pay the minimum wage and overtime wages to their commissioned salespersons. We allege that this failure to pay proper wages was widespread, affecting the sales staff at the eight Long Island dealerships that VIP Auto and its related entities operate. The lawsuit seeks back wages and other damages.
