Sticker Mule & Print Bear – Unpaid Wages
Kessler Matura P.C. has filed an unpaid overtime claim against Sticker Mule, LLC and Print Bear, LLC (“Sticker Mule”).
The complaint alleges that Sticker Mule failed to pay overtime wages on their employees’ night-shift differential pay. We allege that this failure to pay proper wages was widespread, affecting all of the second and third-shift production workers. The lawsuit seeks back wages and other damages.
