LabCorp Diagnostics – Unpaid Wages
Kessler Matura P.C. has filed an unpaid wages claim against Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings d/b/a LabCorp Diagnostics (“LabCorp”).
The complaint alleges that LabCorp required Service Representatives and Couriers to work before or after their regular shift without pay. We allege that this failure to pay for all hours worked was widespread and the failure to overtime wages, in particular, affected employees across the nation. The lawsuit seeks back wages and other damages.
