Chromalloy Production Workers – Late Payment of Wages
Kessler Matura P.C. has filed a class action lawsuit against Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC (“Chromalloy”).
The complaint alleges that Chromalloy failed to pay its production workers on a weekly basis, as mandated by New York law. We allege that this failure to pay timely wages was widespread, affecting all of the manual workers. The lawsuit seeks damages resulting from these violations of the New York Labor Law.
