Marijana represents employees in both individual and class actions involving wage-and-hour, discrimination , harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She is fluent in Spanish and Croatian.
Marijana has represented employees across many industries, including restaurant workers, healthcare marketing representatives, delivery drivers, administrative assistants, domestic workers, manual laborers, and medical technicians, achieving unpaid wages, liquidated damages, and other relief. In addition to her litigation experience, Marijana regularly speaks on employment law issues. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association of New York (NELA/NY), New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Huntington Lawyers’ Club.
