Tana Forrester is a litigation associate at Shulman Kessler LLP. Ms. Forrester represents employees facing discrimination, retaliation and harassment as well as workers denied overtime pay, misclassified as independent contractors rather than employees, and workers who have been denied the minimum wage. Ms. Forrester also represents individuals in employment contracts and severance agreement negotiations.

Ms. Forrester received her law degree from the City University of New York School of Law and has a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University.  She is licensed to practice law in New York and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
