Marijana Matura is a litigation associate at Shulman Kessler LLP. Ms. Matura represents individuals in employment and negligence matters. Her employment practice focuses on litigating on behalf of employees, individually and in class actions, in all areas of employment law, including: discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour. Ms. Matura also negotiates executive and professional employment contracts.
Ms. Matura holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, where she was an executive board member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
