Shulman Kessler LLP announces that it has filed a collective action lawsuit on behalf of the current and former employees of Prime Diagnostic Imaging. The lawsuit alleges that Prime Diagnostic Imaging, New York’s largest mobile diagnostic imaging center, failed to pay its employees overtime premium pay for those hours worked in excess of 40 per week. The plaintiffs are seeking their back wages and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York State Labor Law. Employees who worked for Prime Diagnostic Imaging at any time between 2008 and the present are eligible to participate in this lawsuit.
